Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cannazo India, we prioritize product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Order Cancellation & Refunds:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. As our products fall under the wellness category and are crafted with strict quality control and regulatory compliance, we follow stringent hygiene and safety protocols, which do not allow us to accept returns or cancellations post order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement, subject to verification.

To be eligible, an unboxing video must be recorded from the start (without cuts) and shared with us as proof.

Return Eligibility Conditions:
✅ Product must be in original condition
✅ Returned with original packaging (box & inserts)
✅ Return request must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery
✅ Return approval is subject to the Company’s discretion and internal policy protocol

Non-Returnable Cases:
❌ Products damaged after delivery
❌ Items not in original condition
❌ Missing original packaging
❌ Requests raised after the 24-hour return window

Once approved, the replacement process will be initiated accordingly.
