At Cannazo India, we prioritize product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. As our products fall under the wellness category and are crafted with strict quality control and regulatory compliance, we follow stringent hygiene and safety protocols, which do not allow us to accept returns or cancellations post order confirmation.
02 Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement, subject to verification.
To be eligible, an unboxing video must be recorded from the start (without cuts) and shared with us as proof of the issue.
03 Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be in its original condition
- Returned with original packaging (box & inserts)
- Return request must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery
- Return approval is subject to the Company's discretion and internal policy protocol
04 Non-Returnable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer
- Items not in their original condition (opened, used, or tampered)
- Missing original packaging, box, or inserts
- Requests raised after the 24-hour return window has expired
05 Replacement Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the replacement process will be initiated accordingly. You will be notified via email about the status of your replacement.
Please note that replacements are subject to product availability. In cases where the exact product is unavailable, our team will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
